We use customer provided parts, ideas or drawings to create test samples that are easy to change until they work as expected. We create nests of parts that make the most efficient use of raw materials. We provide first articles to be sure that our customers’ ideas actually work as expected. When approved, we finalize our bill of materials and bill of operations including in process quality procedures. The solution, that began as a general idea, becomes a carefully defined process with parts that meet specifications every time.
