We build quality into each part. We have a first article inspection and approval process for new parts. We have in process and final inspection during each step of production. Every package has the initials of the people who produced and checked the parts. We view any customer complaint as an opportunity to improve our process, but we don’t get many of these opportunities. All of this is to ensure we deliver quality insulation to the customer.
